1962

The great year of the Hotel construction by Corrado Crazzolara. Initially a small B&B with only 15 rooms, Rezia from the very beginning had good prospects, due to its strategic and panoramic location, to the friendliness and hospitality of the owners and to the word-of-mouth of the first guests, which in those times was for sure the most effective way of touristic promotion.

1969

Being a real success among the clients, the B&B was destined to grow fast. Just some years after the inauguration a new wing with more rooms, a bar and a dining room was added to the main building, which allowed Rezia to become a hotel. Since then half board treatment was applied and Corrado's wife, Augusta Crazzolara, took personal care of the scrumptious dinners. Her tastiest turtres, knödel and other specialities of the traditional Ladin cuisine were always much beloved by the clients.

1980

In order to satisfy the growing demand, Rezia obtained another new wing, the dining room got enlarged and a billiard hall was added, launching the development of the services aimed at the clients' entertainment.

2009 - 2016

After having taken over the management of Rezia in 2005, the son of Corrado and Augusta, Werner, and his wife Lucia start a complete modernisation of the entire Hotel. They proceed with the construction of a new building, connected to the original one, in order to gain space for new rooms, for a new ample dining room, a reception desk, a ski storage room and a modern and relaxing wellness area. The antique part of the Hotel is renovated too.
